The Classic BLT

A Broadway Bagels Serving Suggestion:

Ingredients For 1: -

• 4 slices streaky bacon
• Lettuce
• Tomato
• Mayonaise
• 1 Bagel

Split and lightly toast bagel. Fry or grill the streaky bacon slices. Shred some lettuce, and thin slice tomato.

Fill bagel with 4 slices cooked streaky bacon, lettuce and thinly sliced tomatoes. Spread with mayo.
