As a result of customer demand, these 'lunchbox' bagels were made to fit into Lunchboxes (hence the name). Moms and dads wanted a smaller bagel without seeds (kids eat with their eyes) to send with kids to school, Broadway Bagels were happy to oblige. Handmade without additives or preservatives, lowfat and low salt, and GM and Dairy-free!
