Ingredients For 1: -

• 3 slices smoked salmon
• 1/2 red onion
• Tomato
• Cream Cheese
• Capers (optional)
• 1 Bagel

Split and lightly toast bagel. Thinly slice red onion and tomato.

Fill with 3 slices smoked salmon, thinly sliced red onions and tomatoes, cream cheese and capers.
